Job Description

In this role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven automation initiatives, working closely with operations and product partners to understand manual workflows and transform them into scalable, automated systems.

Your day‑to‑day work will span stakeholder discovery, system design, and hands‑on implementation, with a strong emphasis on building agentic AI and rules‑based workflows, including LLM‑powered agents and orchestration pipelines.

You’ll own technical architecture and delivery quality, integrating solutions with backend services and ensuring reliability and maintainability.

While primarily hands‑on, you’ll also provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small engineering team, operating in a Kanban, project‑based environment that emphasizes practical impact over rigid process.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on builder who has successfully automated real, production‑grade workflows, not just prototypes. They’re driven by making systems simpler and more efficient for users and are comfortable owning ambiguity and designing solutions from the ground up.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
