Job Description

Insight Global is currently hiring for an Office Manager for our client in San Francisco, CA. Our client is an AI Software Development company. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented manager who excels in office organization.

Core Responsibilities
-Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and employees
-Greet clients, staff, and potential hires in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming mail and packages
- Order, organize, and restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
-Coordinate office meals, catering, and internal events
-Support meeting and interview logistics
-Partner with internal teams to support day-to-day office operations

What You’ll Own

- Daily office operations and front desk management
- Inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Snack, beverage, and supply management
- Office events and culture support
- Overall workplace experience

This position is a 3-month contact-to-hire. The hourly rate is between $27-30/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

-1+ years of experience in an office management, administrative, front desk, hospitality, or similar role in a corporate environment experience (company of 50+ people)
-Highly reliable, punctual, and organized
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
-Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth setting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience using Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
-Experience coordinating food orders and catering for teams
-Prior experience supporting growing or high-growth companies
