Job Description
Life Lab is a CAP accredited CLIA laboratory dedicated to the testing of patients enrolled in partner programs clinical trials. As a part of this team you will have an impact on the development of new cancer tests and assist in the application of new drugs for cancer patients
A day in the Life:
• Training on new assays
• Share your results with other team members
• Performs routine and complex laboratory analyses
• Assists in the development and verification of test methodologies
• Assists in the resolution of technical problems
• Provides training to laboratory personnel
• Ensures instruments and equipment in the lab are functioning properly, performs equipment PM and schedules service
• Participates in instrument validations
• Complies with safety policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
• BS degree in Sciences
• Strong working experience within Molecular Biology disciplines
• 1-2 years of experience in a Clinical Biology Laboratory testing environment
Experience with qPCR (quantitative polymerase chain reaction)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Microscopy experience
• Master's degree
• Experience using Ion Torrent
• Experience with NGS
