Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Strategy Lead and cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, business, and comms to help shape strategic direction for high-impact, external-facing initiatives.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies for Spectacles and the developer ecosystem, including research, audience insights, positioning, and channel strategies.
- Contribute to strategic planning across projects by helping define priorities, objectives, and clear paths to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic and creative approaches, helping carry strategy through from early thinking to launch.
- Develop thoughtful perspectives on how AR can solve developer, partner, and consumer needs, grounded in data, research, and human-centered insights.
- Evaluate ideas for relevance, distinctiveness, and effectiveness, and work collaboratively to refine and strengthen them.
- Help guide partners and internal teams toward innovative AR use cases by working closely with marketing, product, creative, comms, and production partners.
- Support projects end-to-end — from early ideation and planning through execution — encouraging creative thinking while ensuring alignment with broader GTM goals.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Spectacles and developer ecosystem strategy by sharing insights, learnings, and emerging trends.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering high-quality work on time.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across product, R&D, marketing, creative, comms, and production teams.
- Passion for data, insights, innovation, and creativity, with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience producing core strategy deliverables, including creative briefs, executive summaries, partner strategies, external company narratives, and post-campaign reports.
- Ability to synthesize research and analysis into actionable insights, including market analysis, testing learnings, personas, journey maps, and trend analysis.
- Skilled in translating insights into creative and strategic outputs such as messaging frameworks, content roadmaps, campaign decks, and channel strategies.
- Strong storytelling and analytical skills to communicate performance, results, learnings, and optimization opportunities.
- Familiarity with measurement and optimization frameworks, including KPIs, testing approaches, and campaign analysis.
- Ability to provide clear, insight-led direction that connects creative ideas to audience needs.
- Experience developing alignment and planning tools such as workshops, stakeholder decks, and roadmaps.
- Ability to articulate the companies differentiated value across partners, channels, and touchpoints.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years experience serving in strategy roles within the advertising industry
- Prior experience working in an agency strategy department

- Familiarity with agency structures, strategy development as a service
