Job Description

One of our technology clients is looking for a Campaign Operations Associate to support a critical workstream for their developer initiatives and our consumer hardware and wearable products. This role sits within the Media and Channel Marketing team and plays a key part in the companys lifecycle marketing strategy and execution. Primary focus will be on the Developer side, as it’s an established business unit and faster ramp, but this individual will also touch Consumer CRM.

What you’ll do:
- Day-to-day campaign management across ecommerce lifecycle flow across multiple audience segments
- Execute campaigns end-to-end in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce DataCloud (audience segmentation, setup, QA, tracking, reporting)
- Ensure campaign deliverables meet quality, compliance, and timeline standards
- Support data integrity by reconciling discrepancies in MAP and CRM
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth workflows across campaigns
- Maintain campaign documentation and best practices
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance and engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis, providing actionable insights
- Identify and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in Salesforce: Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
- Strong ability to interpret data, generate reports, and translate complex metrics into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with leading ecommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills for copywriting, proofreading, and collaborating with various teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
● 2+ years in a campaign ops or lifecycle marketing role, preferably in the ecommerce space
