Job Description

Integration Support & Ownership
Act as the primary point person for all integration‑related questions, issues, and support requests.
Provide day‑to‑day technical guidance and troubleshooting for integrations across enterprise applications.
Serve as the go‑to subject matter expert (SME) for how systems integrate, exchange data, and depend on one another.
Triage integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution across teams and vendors.
Application & Platform Expertise
Maintain deep technical understanding of enterprise applications, including but not limited to:
Documentum
CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
SAP ECC
ADMS
Collibra
Answer detailed technical integration questions related to:
APIs and interfaces
Batch and real‑time integrations
File‑based transfers
Event‑driven and message‑based patterns
Understand upstream and downstream dependencies between systems and communicate impacts clearly.
Data & Integration Architecture
Demonstrate strong understanding of data concepts, including:
Data models and schemas
Master and reference data
Data lineage and ownership
Data quality and validation
Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure integrations align with data governance and data management standards.
Support integration design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and data integrity.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with application owners, solution architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Provide integration input during project planning, application changes, and system upgrades.
Review and advise on integration designs, changes, and enhancements before implementation.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business partners to ensure shared understanding.
Documentation & Standards
Document integration flows, dependencies, and technical patterns.
Help define and enforce integration best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Contribute to runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge sharing for integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
Strong hands‑on experience with enterprise system integrations.
Deep understanding of data flows, APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
Working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Documentum, CC&B, SAP ECC, ADMS, and Collibra.
Solid understanding of data concepts, including data modeling, governance, and quality.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex, multi‑system integration issues.
Professional Skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
Comfortable acting as a central point of accountability in a fast‑moving environment.
Ability to manage multiple integration efforts and priorities simultaneously.
