IT Analyst III

Insight Global is seeking an Information Technology Analyst III for a senior, hands-on technical role focused on Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and full lifecycle administration of enterprise-managed Windows and Apple devices. This position requires deep, demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro supporting macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Windows endpoints in a modern, security-driven environment. This role partners extensively with identity, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. As a technical escalation point, the IT Analyst III defines endpoint standards, drives automation initiatives, and ensures secure and compliant access to organizational resources. Responsibilities include configuring, deploying, and maintaining devices; developing policies, profiles, and configurations in Jamf Pro and Intune; managing scripting and automation tasks; as well as supporting the full lifecycle of all devices across the enterprise. The position also oversees the daily administration of complex personal computers, servers, and workstations, providing consulting, troubleshooting, and advanced technical support. Additional duties include monitoring environment health, installing upgrades, and performing equipment installation, modification, and repair.

• Minimum 5 years of Windows and macOS system administration experience in an enterprise environment
• Extensive hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and macOS, iOS/iPadOS
• Demonstrated experience with endpoint security frameworks, compliance, and configuration enforcement
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID

• Microsoft endpoint management–related certifications
• Jamf Pro Certification
• Experience using Apple School Manager for provisioning and enrollment workflows
• Background supporting complex server/workstation environments
• Prior experience developing system documentation or training materials
