Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Operations Engineer, you will support and operate the systems that power DocuSign’s global platform. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to monitor system health, resolve operational issues, and help improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
-Operate & Monitor Systems: Monitor system health and performance, respond to alerts, and help resolve operational issues to ensure reliable service delivery.
-Incident & Issue Support: Assist with troubleshooting production issues and escalating appropriately when needed.
-Operational Execution: Perform routine operational tasks such as software updates, system patching, and user access management.
-Documentation & Runbooks: Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Automation Support: Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tooling under the guidance of senior engineers.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to follow, refine, and improve operational best practices.
PR: $11-$15/hr

Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years of experience in IT, system administration, or a related technical role
-Foundational knowledge of Linux and/or Windows systems administration
-Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP -addressing, DNS, basic troubleshooting)
-Some experience with monitoring or logging tools
-Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar) with a strong desire to learn more
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
-Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalents)
-Exposure to DevOps or SRE practices, including automation and infrastructure operations
-Experience using version control systems such as Git
