The BDR role is designed for a motivated, goal oriented individual who thrives in fast paced, collaborative environments and excels at multi channel prospecting. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects through strategic outreach, and laying the groundwork for strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies.
• Conducting in depth research to identify decision makers and personalize outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for compelling and effective messaging.
• Technical background in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to deliver compelling introductions in dynamic conversations.
• High motivation, creative problem solving, and proactive engagement.
• Persistence and resilience when facing challenges.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
• Proficiency with G Suite, Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.
• Comfort with cold calling, objection handling, and navigating challenging conversations.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with DevOps, SaaS, or technical B2B markets.
• Comfort working in a rapidly evolving or high growth environment.
• Creative messaging development tailored to technical personas.
• Experience experimenting with new outreach techniques for improved engagement.
