Insight Global is working to identify an Office Assistant (OA) to join the team of a behavioral health client in Union City, CA. This individual will serve in an administrative support role in a fast‑paced outpatient behavioral health center. This position is responsible for patient intake, scheduling, phone calls, records management, and coordination with staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable handling high call volume, and experienced working in a healthcare or mental health setting.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associates Degree required; BS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare administrative role
- Experience with scheduling, phones, and records management
- Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
