Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Production Support Engineer to join our rapidly growing CyberSecurity client. They will be joining an IAM Operations Support team, which has been dedicated to helping support the SailPoint/CyberArk engineering teams that sit as peers to them. These individuals will be supporting Sailpoint IIQ, ISIM (IBM), and CyberArk technologies as a part of the IAM Operations team. They will be handling incident tickets, participating in troubleshooting, provide production support, perform system maintenance/production deployment, and validation. The intent is to convert these new hires to FTE upon positive performance, with positions already budgeted and approved as part of this effort to expand the team long-term.

Required Skills & Experience

• Exposure to IAM products including SailPoint, with 6+ months of working experience in an enterprise environment
• Debugging skills using scripting languages, ideally Java or Bean Shell
• Strong communication
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for production issues and regular maintenance (deployments, upgrades, etc.), on an as-needed basis

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior production support experience
• Ping1aic or Ping
• Bilingual (ideally in Japanese)
• Active Directory, LDAP, Azure and API knowledge
