Job Description

Ford is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support embedded and vehicle‑related cybersecurity initiatives. This is a time‑critical, senior‑level role requiring strong leadership, technical depth, and proven experience operating across hardware, software, and manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience working as one or more of the following: (Embedded Engineer, Firmware Engineer, Engineering Manager leading embedded or firmware teams)
• Strong cybersecurity background, with experience supporting embedded, product‑based, or platform environments
• Proven experience managing embedded systems and embedded hardware
• Manufacturing experience is required, including exposure to hardware manufacturing environments and production workflows
• Demonstrated ability to interface between hardware and software teams, translating requirements and managing cross‑domain dependencies
• Experience supporting and scaling software and cybersecurity programs across complex engineering organizations
• Proven people leadership, including building, leading, and developing high‑performing teams
• Strong execution skills in matrixed, multi‑stakeholder environments

• Atlassian suite
• Agile methodologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Automotive industry experience (vehicle systems, ECUs, or vehicle platforms)
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent)
