Evergreen Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Mid Level) to serve as the primary day to day lead for a team of 20 consultants supporting our client Beta Testing & Trials organization. This PM will oversee daily delivery operations, performance, program assignment, reporting, and cross team coordination — acting as the “boots on the ground” project manager for Insight Global who ensures consistency, accountability, and seamless communication between teams and our managed service workforce.
This role requires strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and comfort stepping into light program management when needed to support active trials.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight
• Oversee daily performance of ~20 consultants across multiple testing programs.
• Assign program workstreams, manage task distribution, and ensure delivery expectations are met.
• Monitor hourly/daily execution, address blockers, and maintain alignment across Product, TPM, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for team issues, cross team dependencies, and operational risks.
• Ensure consultants follow standard operating procedures, confidentiality, and prototype security protocols
Project Management & Reporting
• Build and maintain weekly reporting on team performance, output metrics, SLA adherence, and operational risks.
• Prepare summary reports and progress updates for Amazon leadership
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple concurrent beta or trial programs.
• Maintain strong documentation and update project artifacts in Jira/Confluence where required.
Program Support (as needed)
• Step into program management for active or new beta programs when bandwidth gaps exist.
• Support tasks such as:
o Creating or reviewing test plans and tester assignments.
o Partnering with Product Managers to build surveys, test cases, or user feedback capture flows.
o Monitoring backend metrics and correlating with tester feedback to identify patterns or anomalies.
o Coordinating hardware shipments and logistics with Amazon operations teams.
Stakeholder Management
• Work cross functionally with technical and non technical teams — including Product, TPM, Engineering, QA, Logistics, and Leadership.
• Maintain proactive communication with Amazon stakeholders, escalating issues early and driving accountability.
• Ensure alignment across global and cross functional teams supporting beta trials
Operations & Continuous Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies in process, tooling, tester experience, or reporting workflows; propose and drive improvements.
• Maintain a high bar for operational excellence through process consistency, documentation, and data driven decision making.
• Monitor engagement metrics, device performance, survey results, and trial progression for patterns that require action.

• 3+ years of project management experience in a technical, operational, or research oriented environment
• Experience overseeing teams or large workflows, ideally in a delivery centric or managed service environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority.
• Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills (reporting, pivots, lookups).
• Comfort working in fast paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, operations, analytics, IT, or similar).
