Job Description
This role leads high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives across healthcare operations, technology, HR systems, and supply chain transformation. The Project Manager IV operates with senior-level autonomy and is accountable for delivering multiple concurrent initiatives that intersect workforce systems, operational finance, sourcing, inventory, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Lawson, ERP, inventory systems).
This is a hands-on delivery role, not a status-meeting PM. Successful candidates bring deep operational credibility, healthcare systems experience, and the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable, system-enabled solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience working in healthcare, leading complex projects and supporting supply chain operations.
- Strong background in sourcing, contracting, inventory, vendor management, and improving costs and operational efficiency.
- Hands‑on experience with major systems like Workday, Lawson, and McKesson, plus solid knowledge of integrations, data validation, and workflows.
- Comfortable using data for decisions, including spend analysis, KPIs, and partnering with IT or analysts on reporting tools or dashboards.
- Effective leader with experience guiding cross‑functional teams and working closely with clinicians, finance, supply chain, IT, and executives.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, or value analysis within healthcare.
- Experience delivering system-enabled cost savings at enterprise scale.
- Prior consulting or system-level health system experience strongly preferred.
