Job Description
Evergreen, Insight Global’s Manage Service Division partners with a large local utility company and we are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support the analysis of Transmission Engineering Projects. You will work directly with the Program Manager overseeing multiple growth initiatives running through 2026. This role is critical for ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and data management for complex engineering and expense projects, including the 2026 initiative to bundle field work, which will be tracked outside SAP. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Foundry, as we transition to using it as the primary data source.

Key Responsibilities
• Program Support & Coordination
o Assist the Program Manager in tracking engineering status, project progress, and expense work across multiple growth programs.
o Manage expense and capital work outside SAP, ensuring clarity and consistency in reporting.
• Data Management & Organization
o Consolidate scattered data sources into a structured system.
o Refresh and validate data daily for accuracy and completeness.
o Maintain backend access for authorized individuals as needed.
• Reporting & Visualization
o Develop engineer-friendly dashboards for real-time insights.
o Create outputs compatible with SAP and Power BI for executive reporting.
o Utilize third-party applications for document management and workflow optimization.
• System Integration
o Ensure seamless integration between SAP, Foundry, and external tracking systems.
o Support document and data flow for initiatives tracked outside SAP.

Required Skills & Experience
• Technical Expertise
o Advanced proficiency in SAP (mandatory).
o Strong experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
o Familiarity with third-party document management tools.
o Foundry experience strongly preferred as we move toward it as the primary data source.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills
o Ability to manage complex datasets and multiple data sources.
o Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
o Excellent problem-solving skills for handling non-standard workflows.
• Communication & Collaboration
o Ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for engineers and stakeholders.
o Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in engineering or project management environments.
• Knowledge of expense and capital tracking processes outside ERP systems.
• Familiarity with growth initiatives and cross-functional program coordination.
