Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Digital Accessibility Website Remediation Specialists to assist with a large-scale website remediation initiative across approximately 1,800 unique domains spanning 40 organizational units. This is a fully remote contract role working pacific standard time through July1st 2025. It is possible to get extended beyond, however it is not something we can guarantee at this time. You will help to drive digital accessibility website remediation efforts, ensuring all web properties meet WCAG 2.1 AA (or higher) standards and comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for remediating accessibility barriers through both automated intelligence audits and manual audits (across different LOBs and across a variety of CRMs), as well as post remediation efforts. Post remediation efforts consist of conducting manual audits and leveraging tools such as WAVE, Color Contrast Checkers (WebAim), keyboard navigation, and screen readers (e.g. NVDA & VoiceOver) in two browsers (Chrome & Firefox). You will collaborate with the Digital Accessibility Technical Remediation Coordinator, an assigned Project Manager, and potentially organizational IT and/or practitioners throughout the organization to implement accessibility best practices utilizing WCAG 2.1 AA as guidance in their web presence.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience working within Digital Accessibility
Recent experience remediating websites to WCAG 2.1 AA Standards
Recent experience conducing and completing both manual audits and automated audits with tools such as WAVE, Lighthouse Deque Axe. Also includes WebAIMs color contrast checker, and keyboard navigation
Experience with Screen readers such as NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS
Familiarity with coding skills (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and WAI-Aria
Ability to communicate effectively with assigned Project Manager regarding potential complications or conflicting components within remediation efforts (i.e. ability to discern use of templates and when customizations have occurred that may impact remediation efforts).
Experience with Content Management Systems (Ex: WPE, Pantheon, Drupal)
