Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Traveling Maintenance Trainer.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
• Deliver classroom training materials in a professional manner
• Facilitate all individual and group training sessions
• Conduct pre- and post-training session analysis to determine overall effectiveness of session
• Track, assess, evaluate and measures effectiveness of all training delivered
• Monitor team feedback to ensure incorporation of feedback into training programs to maximize ROI

Nature and Scope:
• Demonstrate skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data
• Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues
• Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process
• Comfortable working with MS Outlook, MS Excel PowerPoint, and other common business applications

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a multi-family property maintenance position
• Competencies must include hands on experience with kitchen appliances, HVAC, electrical, and other components commonly found in multi-family properties
• Experience presenting in a classroom setting (classrooms in this will be as small as 10 techs and as large as 200 techs)
• Bilingual (Spanish)

• EPA Certification
• CPO Certification
• HVAC Certification
