Job Description

The T&M Coordinator supports field operations by accurately tracking labor hours, materials, and cost related data for Time & Materials work. This role is ideal for an early career professional who is eager to learn the construction industry, build confidence working with self perform teams, and gain hands on exposure to jobsite operations, labor management, and materials control.
The coordinator will partner closely with field supervisors, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure T&M activities are documented correctly, billed appropriately, and aligned with project expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to track multiple data streams simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of timekeeping, cost tracking, or project coordination.
• Interest in construction, field operations, and learning self perform work processes.
• Good communication and relationship building skills—comfortable working with field crews.
• Proficient with Excel, timekeeping systems, or similar tools.
