Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sustainability Program Manager that will lead supplier‑focused sustainability initiatives that support Net Zero, GHG reduction, and supply chain environmental goals. This role requires close engagement with regional suppliers—especially manufacturing partners, along with internal cross‑functional teams to drive measurable sustainability outcomes. You will collaborate across geographies and cultures, manage sustainability projects end‑to‑end, and serve as a subject matter expert for decarbonization, supplier engagement, and environmental performance improvement.

What You’ll Do
-Develop and execute regional supplier engagement strategies focused on GHG emissions reduction and sustainability performance.
-Manage supplier relationships across Mexico and broader global manufacturing regions; collaborate closely with engineers, supply chain teams, and factory stakeholders.
-Create and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for sustainability programs.
-Collect, analyze, and report supplier emissions data (GHG, energy usage, renewables adoption, activity‑based value chain emissions, etc.).
-Support internal sustainability capacity‑building and cross‑functional collaboration.
-Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations on supplier progress and program outcomes.
-Provide guidance on sustainability policies, decarbonization strategies, and emerging technologies.
-Train internal teams and external supplier partners on sustainability best practices and Net Zero goals.
-Stay current on global sustainability regulations, frameworks, and trends.
-Communicate program updates across various channels and support external sustainability storytelling.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
-2–5 years of experience in sustainability and/or supply chain roles.
-Experience working directly with suppliers or manufacturers (preferably in electronics or high‑tech manufacturing).
-Strong program management experience; PMP or equivalent preferred.
-Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Google Workspace, and enterprise sustainability or data tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Propel, Smartsheet, or similar).
Bilingual (English + Spanish).
Ability to travel regionally and internationally; valid passport required.
Strong cross‑cultural communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Supply chain or sustainability certifications (APICS, LEED, ISSP, CSCP, etc.).
-Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory or emissions accounting experience.
-Knowledge of renewable energy procurement, certificates, and carbon reduction programs.
-Experience working with global suppliers, EMS/ODM partners.
