We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to join its rapidly growing employment law practice in Encino CA. The ideal candidate is confident taking full ownership of cases from pre‑litigation through litigation and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage single‑action plaintiff-side employment cases.
- Handle all aspects of pre‑litigation and litigation
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to associates and support staff.
- Strategize case direction, negotiate settlements, and drive high‑quality legal outcomes.
- Collaborate with team lead and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
- Utilize MS Office and Filevine case management systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of legal practice running plaintiff-side employment cases
- Recent plaintiff-side experience.
- Strong record managing single-action employment claims.
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing junior team members.
- California Bar license (active and in good standing).
- No book of business required
- Flexible, team-oriented, and excited to take ownership.

- Billingual in Spanish
