Job Description
The Business Analyst, Omnichannel at AMIRI will work collaboratively with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and facilitate the Omnichannel integration project pipeline. You’ll work to align solutions with business objectives, optimizing processes, and driving successful implementation of project initiatives. An ideal candidate must be an independent, creative problem-solver with ability to work through deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally. You will be partnering across not only AMIRI but with our external partners, so strong communication and collaboration skills are key. The day to day will be leading the omnichannel integration initiative across all of AMIRI's retail stores, domestically and globally.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems
• Extensive Omni-channel retail experience in apparel/fashion industry, understanding of supply chain, order management, POS, direct-to-consumer
• Strong understanding of process mapping, taking requirements, and project management methodologies
• Excellent cross-collaboration and communication skills
• Plusses: any BA or ERP certifications
