Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Consultant with deep expertise in AI (Agentforce) configuration, Core Salesforce, and GovCloud+ environments. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who can thrive within large, complex programs and who brings strong communication skills, technical mastery, and a passion for building trustworthy and powerful AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will help design, build, and optimize Salesforce AI Agents and the orchestration layers that support them — ensuring they are accurate, grounded in data, operationally robust, and compliant with trust and safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Core, GovCloud+, and - Agentforce/Einstein AI capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience working independently within large, complex programs.
- Ability to gain Public Trust Clearance

Demonstrated expertise in:

- AI prompt engineering
- Conversational design and multi-turn logic
- Data grounding and retrieval configuration
- Salesforce Flow and Apex-based orchestration
- Trust layer & safety configuration for AI systems
