Job Description

Role Overview
Lead molding operations for 13 presses (initial focus on 5–7 machines). This is a hands-on role with 4–6 technician direct reports, working closely with Operations and Process Engineering. Full-time onsite, bilingual Spanish & English required.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize injection molding processes using scientific molding principles.
• Troubleshoot and improve performance for PBT, glass-filled, and insert molding applications.
• Analyze molds and coordinate repairs with toolmakers.
• Drive technician training and ensure adherence to standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Injection molding experience (processing or tooling focus; both preferred).
• Familiarity with scientific molding; RJG Master Molder certification a plus.
• Strong leadership skills; ability to manage technicians.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English); onsite availability.
