Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to drive loyalty initiatives across digital and in-store experiences. You’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in Product Management for e-commerce, retail, or transaction-based businesses.
Proven success launching customer-facing digital products on web and mobile.
Strong understanding of KPIs, agile development, sprint management, Jira, and SQL read/write.
Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and manage end-to-end delivery (work with development teams).
Curiosity to learn and hunger for success.
