Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire 2 warehouse leads for a leading 3rd party logistics company.
Responsibilities include:
• Process incoming warehouse orders and ensure all items are pulled accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and prepare customer orders according to specific product requirements, quantity, and quality standards.
• Rebuild, organize, and secure pallets to ensure safe handling and transport.
• Perform shrink‑wrapping and other packaging tasks to prepare shipments for delivery.
• Verify that the correct products, SKUs, and quantities are staged for shipment.
• Conduct final quality checks prior to loading, ensuring all items meet company and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with carriers upon arrival, confirming that orders are correctly labeled, loaded, and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
-Minimum of 5 years of experience warehouse environment
-Ability to speak English(reading & writing comprehension)
• Simple math/reading and comprehension
-Forklift experience
-Reports to GM (5 guys total in full warehouse)- smaller team
-HAS to pass a federal background check
-Works well under pressure, articulate, self-thinker, suggest changes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Hazmat Freight preferred (familiar with hazardous materials)
