Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a talented UI Designer for a leading client in the AI space. Our client is revolutionizing clinical trials through the integration of digital technologies and an AI-first approach. Hybrid in Bangalore this UI Designer will play a critical role in shaping the design across multiple feature sets. Working closely with the product and UX teams this UI Designer will be responsible for delivering high quality UI Components.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Design and deliver high-quality UI components for AI-driven platforms (e.g., dashboards, workflows, notifications).
• Shape design direction across multiple feature sets, working across patient, site, and sponsor experiences.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Maintain consistency across web and mobile interfaces using established design systems.
• Translate AI-driven insights into clear, actionable UI elements for diverse stakeholders.
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and end-users.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Lead user discovery and synthesis efforts to inform strategic decision-making and experience design.
• Contribute meaningfully to Medable’s design system strategy, structure, and governance.
Pay ranges from $13-$18/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• 3+ years of experience in UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Experience designing for complex workflows or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience working with AI
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore one day per week.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Cursor, Figma, and Visio
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in healthcare technology, clinical trials, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces and designing for intelligent systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of data visualization principles for dashboards.
• Experience prototyping with AI tools
