Job Description
An employer is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team in Palo Alto, CA or Spring, TX. He or she will be joining a Commercial NPI organization and will be responsible for defining a PRD (product requirements document) by gathering user insights. On a day to day basis, the UX Researcher will interview customers, both internal and external, and gather their insights/requirements to help create a product strategy and discover initiatives or market insights. This role will by hybrid 3 days a week in Palo Alto, CA or remote if in Spring, TX and pay will range depending on location and experience from $85 - $93/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
Ability to talk to customers, internal and external, to gather insights
Previous experience defining a PRD
Experience with B2B work to help discover early on initiatives
Hands on experience using Miro Tools
Microsoft Suite experience (loop, ppt, Teams, etc)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience working with an Agile/Lean environment
