Job Description
UHNW principal seeks an experienced Director of Residences / Estates to oversee multiple luxury properties and lead all house managers. This role ensures consistent five star, yacht level service, seamless operations, and flawless communication across all homes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple luxury residences and manage on site House Managers
Establish and maintain consistent SOPs and service standards across all properties
Act as central liaison between ownership, house managers, and vendors
Implement yacht level hospitality and service excellence
Lead construction, remodels, and interior design projects with a helicopter view
Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and timelines
Ensure each home is always owner ready and aesthetically aligned

Required Skills & Experience
Significant UHNW estate management experience
Strong background in high end hospitality (yacht, luxury hotel, or similar)
Experience managing multiple properties and teams
Proven project management skills across construction and interior design
Highly organized, discreet, service driven, and travel flexible
Yacht + private residence experience strongly preferred
