Sampling Support Technician
One of our bioscience clients is seeking a Sampling Support Technician to assist with day‑to‑day sampling coordination and documentation activities. This role works within an established process and supports organized, routine operations in a team environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Role Overview
This position supports sampling activities through basic coordination, record‑keeping, and administrative support tasks. The role focuses on following daily assignments, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure information and materials are properly prepared and tracked.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with organizing items and information needed for sampling activities
Support routine preparation steps according to established guidelines
Track samples and related items through labeling and basic handling steps
Prepare items for storage or testing by ensuring proper labeling and documentation
Documentation & Systems
Enter and update information in company systems
Complete standard forms and records following provided instructions
Job Requirements
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with documentation and routine administrative tasks
General awareness of cleanliness, accuracy, and quality expectations

This person will assist with basic preparation tasks, and general area upkeep. This role supports production through following daily assignments and helping maintain an orderly and compliant work environment through documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with organizing and preparing raw materials for sampling
Support thawing, pooling, and sample collections
Transfer materials into small containers for storage and testing as needed
Apply labels and prepare items for freezer storage
Documentation & Systems
Enter basic information into company systems
Complete required forms and records according to established guidelines
Job Requirements
Basic communication and documentation skills
Basic understanding of cleanliness, safety, and quality expectations

Required Skills & Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a health care environment, or up to 2 years in food handling
