Our client is moving quickly to automate CS workflows and reduce manual processes that are consuming significant team bandwidth. A dedicated Gainsight Admin will help them implement automation and operational efficiencies so our CSMs can focus on high value work like driving adoption, retention, and expansion. This role is critical to accelerating their pooled/digital Customer Success model across the full customer lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven Gainsight administration experience (2+ years) in B2B SaaS Customer Success environments.
• Hands on with configuring rules, CTAs, playbooks, Journey Orchestrator/programs, and data validation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce/Gainsight data models, field mappings, and sync behavior; able to diagnose and fix integration issues.
Excellent documentation and communication skills; comfortable collaborating across time zones.
