Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Insights Specialist to join our team. This role combines a background in research expertise, deck-building skills, and technical adaptability to deliver actionable insights that empower sales teams and influence advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help implement AI-powered workflows to extract and synthesize insights from diverse data sources.
-Develop sales enablement content such as RFP responses, Win–Loss analyses, Competitive battle cards, Customer-facing messaging frameworks
- Design and polish visually engaging sales vertical decks.
- Transform complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Pull and interpret quantitative data from platforms such as GWI and similar providers.
- Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize NotebookLM for data ingestion and AI-driven insights.
- Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy during upload and integration.
Pay Rate: $70-$85

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in sales research and operations, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Proven ability to build and enhance decks for sales or marketing purposes.
- Strong proficiency in Google Slides and familiarity with data visualization.
- Experience with GWI or similar data platforms.
- Comfortable navigating multiple data sources and platforms.
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner.
- Knowledge of survey development best practices and interpreting quantitative data.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Background in ad tech or experience within advertising disciplines.
- GWI experience
- SAAS company background
