This position is critical to maintaining fast, accurate customer communication and enabling the client’s ability to win and support custom relay-based solutions. You will play a key role in early-stage project engagement and solution definition.

Key Responsibilities:

•Understand application requirements, technical constraints, and customer performance targets.
•Recommend appropriate relay solutions, including modifications to standard products.
•Provide rapid technical responses to maintain competitive advantage during new project cycles.
•Troubleshoot integration issues and guide customers through design-in processes.

Engineering Collaboration:
•Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams in China to evaluate feasibility, relay specifications, and design adjustments.
•Interpret customer requirements into clear technical documents or drawings for overseas teams.
•Ensure solutions meet compliance, reliability, and performance requirements.

Sales + Customer Partnership:
•Support U.S. sales and GM teams with technical insight during customer discovery and proposal stages.
•Participate in early-stage customer meetings to accelerate opportunity qualification.
•Maintain strong relationships with engineering teams at OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Internal Impact:
•Reduce engineering response bottlenecks by taking ownership of technical communication.
•Improve the overall customer experience through fast, accurate technical engagement.
•Provide feedback from the U.S. market to influence product direction where appropriate.

Who Will Thrive in This Role:
•Someone who enjoys being a hands-on technical problem solver.
•Someone who thrives in a fast paced, customer driven environment.
•Someone skilled in translating customer requirements into manufacturable designs.
•Someone who appreciates flat organizations and takes ownership quickly.
•Someone who can operate independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.

Why This Role Matters:
This is the most critical technical role supporting the U.S. sales organization. Your ability to quickly understand customer applications and communicate requirements to engineering teams directly impacts the ability to win new business, support emerging opportunities, and maintain a reputation as a provider of high quality, custom relay solutions.
