We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead global talent acquisition efforts across multiple regions and time zones. This role requires a strategic recruiter who can manage the full life cycle of hiring for technical roles, partner closely with leadership, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Required Skills & Experience
- Global recruiting experience with exposure to multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong understanding of international compensation structures.
- Startup experience-comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in ambiguity.
- 4 + years in full life-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Space industry experience is a major plus.
-Familiarity with Lever ATS is highly preferred.
