Cal Poly Pomona is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and renovation projects with our properties on and off campus. This role focuses on managing projects from design through construction completion, ensuring alignment with client-side requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage renovation and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with vendors, design consultants, and contractors.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
Ensure compliance with university standards and client expectations.
Utilize tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Procore for project documentation and collaboration.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams

Required Skills & Experience
10–15 years of experience in project management or coordination within the AEC industry.
Proven track record of running projects independently.
Strong understanding of design and construction processes.
Experience managing client-side projects.
Ability to work with multiple teams and maintain clear communication.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Office, and Procore.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex schedules and budgets.
Mature professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
