Job Description
We are looking for a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to work for a leader in the healthcare industry. In this role you will be responsible for production support. This client has many facilities, pharmacies and new buildings they are creating. Many of the third party systems come into PeopleSoft platform and have to work with third party teams and fix the issues. Matching / deleted issues and payment issues and batch failure and understand where it failed and run SQL's to run and figure out where data failed. There will be tickets that are tracked through the ISM tool. Inventory is about 150 tickets per month and there is a current queue of 40 tickets right now. Majority of the issues are external and internal payment challenges, invoice constraints, settlement items as well. You will also gather requirements and figure out a solution working with both the technical and business teams, being the mediatory between both functional and risk items. We need this individual to be a go-getter, attentive to detail, and willingness to hit the ground running.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities:
• Proven Experience working as a PeopleSoft functional analyst with a focus on PeopleSoft Purchasing, Inventory and Cost Management.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules related to purchasing, inventory management, cost accounting in supply chain.
• Clear and concise knowledge of how the products PeopleSoft and third-party applications work technically and integrate with each other to resolve issues
• Techno-functional expertise: Ability to understand the technical aspects of PeopleSoft (page, component, app engine, component interface ) and debug issues as needed (note: no hands-on development required)
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical/development teams to review solution architecture and ensure technical soundness
• Excellent communication and leading skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas in a clear manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that optimize Supply chain processes in Purchasing and Inventory
• Provide expertise, guidance, and support to end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities related to inventory and purchasing
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst
- In depth Experience with Accounts Payable PeopleSoft with thorough understanding of AP business processes and PeopleSoft flow and logic
- Understand how to troubleshoot all items related to Peoplesoft AP with business issues and technical issues (ticket production)
- Experience working between business and technical teams - Understand how systems integrate into PeopleSoft
- Should have an excellent understanding on Invoicing, matching , match errors, payment processing issues within PeopleSoft AP
- Should have experience and knowledge in resolving accrual related issues
- Should understand the Source to Pay/Buy to Pay business processes and flow within PeopleSoft
- Should be able to identify if the issue is technical or business and accordingly work on providing a resolution
