Job Description
A client in the medical device space is seeking a talented Sr. Manager of Digital Solutions to join their Revenue Enablement group driving alignment between technology and sales teams. The ideal candidate will come from a medical device industry background and have strong demonstrated people management experience. This resource will be overseeing a team of digital Product Managers and working directly with IT teams to drive improvement and adoption of their suite of digital products. They will report into the Director of Revenue Enablement and be responsible for aligning product strategy with business priorities. Hands on technical experience is not required but a strong digital background including SFDC and Ecommerce tools is required. This opportunity is hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite in Valencia, CA.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• Medical Device Industry background
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Digital Product management, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Operations
o Digital experience supporting revenue generating technologies like SFDC, Ecommerce tools, CPQ work, or AI solutions
• 3-5 years of strong people management experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with experience working with high level stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Advanced Degree (MBA, Master’s etc.)
• Relevant certifications (AI Technology, Product Management, PMP, etc.)
