Job Description
We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Cutover lead to work for a leader in the technology space. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Cutover Planning & Strategy
Develop and maintain detailed cutover plans, timelines, and checklists.
Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to align cutover activities with project milestones.
Data Migration & Validation
Oversee FBDI-based data migration and ensure data integrity during conversion.
Validate migrated data and reconcile discrepancies across modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
Environment Management
Manage environment refreshes and readiness for SIT, UAT, and production.
Ensure proper sequencing of tasks for system downtime and restart during cutover.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks in cutover execution and develop mitigation strategies.
Track and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays in go-live.
Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
Conduct cutover readiness workshops and dry runs with cross-functional teams.
Go-Live & Post-Cutover Support
Lead execution of cutover activities during go-live weekend.
Ensure smooth handover to support teams and assist in hypercare phase.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience (been a part of multiple Oracle Cloud implementations from beginning to end)
- Experience managing large scale Oracle cutover activities
- Proficient in tools like MS project and JIRA
- Ability to support and lead client workshops / discussions
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to be onsite with customer each week Monday - Thursday in San Jose, CA
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Any Oracle certifications
