Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer for a leading aerospace company in Southern California to perform full stack development on AWS. The role involves designing and implementing scalable software solutions, leading development and maintenance of web applications, translating requirements into designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate has experience across the tech stack, strong knowledge of software architecture and engineering fundamentals, and excels in agile environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and innovative solutions. This position is 5 days a week on-site in El Segundo, CA.

Required Skills & Experience
TS/SCI Active Clearence
Bachelors Degree or equivilent yrs of experience
3+ years of experience with JavaScript and/or Typescript
3+ years of experience in Python
Experience with software architecture principles and design patterns
Experience with software development using agile principles and a structured development process
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Leading agile software development team
Relational databases
Experience with React, Django, Flask, and FastAPI
Infrastructure Tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines)
Building out regression test suites
