Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a to hire an ODM Developer to support a State of WA eligibility platform modernization. The ideal candidate will have experience developing business rules in Medicaid or other healthcare platforms.
Design and develop business rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Java-based applications
Work with DB2 or other relational databases to manage and query healthcare data
Create and maintain healthcare-specific business rules, particularly for Medicaid eligibility
Participate in design sessions and contribute to rule architecture
Engage in hands-on development and testing of rule applications
Provide feedback and collaborate with team leads during the interview and onboarding process
pay range: $45-50/hr

Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience with ODM
Strong proficiency in Java development
Experience with DB2 or similar relational databases
Proven ability to design and implement business rules, especially in healthcare or Medicaid domains
Familiarity with CMS/Medicaid integrated eligibility systems
