Insight Global is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of new club development, remodels, expansions, and capital improvement projects. This role bridges construction execution with real estate deal delivery—reviewing, negotiating, and coordinating all technical aspects of plan development and review, landlord work letters, tenant improvement allowances, delivery conditions, utilities, entitlements, permitting, and lease compliance. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with commercial real estate fluency, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to lease obligations and corporate standards.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in retail real estate development and construction project management
• Experience with big-box retail and multi-site rollout programs
• Up to 50% travel, including overnight and out-of-state travel for site visits, project kickoffs, and turnover walks.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior general contractor licensure, experience working for a licensed GC, or city planning/permitting department preferred
• PMP, LEED or similar certifications are a plus
