Agile 1 - Data Analyst

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this role you will be supporting a large organization developing a tool to help them enhance their project lifecycle experience. This tool will allow better visibility into project completion dates and will be important for the organization.

You will be developing tools and pulling data from SQL. You will also be scraping a ton of data run through ETL through Python and pump out outputs of data. That data will then be ran through PBI's that the tam will be interacting with through different dashboards.

You will be building PBI dashboards from scratch while also rolling out power applications to create better enhancements. You will be supporting Tag work and helping solve for their large backlog of work that needs to be accomplished. The work is focused on project data (order, dates, units, and creating loading order for annual work plans). They need to create a work plan on how / what will be achieved. We need to understand the completion date, put in a work plan to create a physical representation on what that looks like on a trend chart. This data needs to be presented annually, monthly, weekly, and daily. We will need to measure performance, what needs to be obtained and what wasn't obtained. Understand and deal with data associations and relate it to the data and measure against performance (variance analysis).

- 4+ years of Data Analyst experience
- Experience with Python writing code and building tools
- Experience with PBI and developing tools and reports
- Experience analyzing large sets of tabular information in excel and coming up with KPI's
- Experience gathering raw data from excel, compiling and and gaining insights and creating solutions
- Experience with excel formulas (understand how to merge different data sets together, creating goal seeking and creating if statements)
- Ability to build dashboards from scratch while enhancing existing ones
- Excellent oral and written communication providing business insights to leaders

- Power App experience
- Experience with SAP (pulling data) and SQL
- Past experience working for this company
