Insight Global is seeking a creative and fast-paced Office Manager to assist in an embroidery shop specializing in custom apparel, promotional items, and personalized gifts. Our team is passionate about quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
Job Summary
The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. This position oversees administrative tasks, coordinates customer orders, manages inventory, and supports the production team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage daily office operations including scheduling, invoicing, and correspondence
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, quotes, and order updates
-Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely completion of embroidery jobs
-Maintain inventory of supplies and materials; place orders as needed
-Track and manage customer orders using shop management software
-Support marketing efforts including social media updates and promotional campaigns
-Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
-Train and supervise office assistants or interns if applicable

Required Skills & Experience
-Proven experience in office management or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-Familiarity with embroidery or apparel production is a plus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
