Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Office Administrator for a 3 week contract to support their office in Dinuba, CA.

The Office Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling routine office tasks, supporting staff and management, maintaining organized records, and assisting with communication and scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
• Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper).
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensure office areas remain clean, professional, and well-organized.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Compensation: $19-23/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
