We’re seeking a Automtive Social Media Specialist to engage with our online community across Facebook, Instagram, and our website. You’ll be the voice of our brand, answering technical questions, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring customers feel supported and informed. It's a smart, wireless battery-protector that tackles the problem from a different angle — it prevents 12V vehicle batteries from dying in the first place, whether your car’s parked for a week or up to an entire year. Key Responsibilities
• Monitor social channels for comments, questions, and messages.
• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, especially technical questions about car 12V batteries, vehicle storage, and battery installation (top/side mounts, fitment).
• Maintain a professional, approachable brand voice.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed.
• Track recurring questions and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Occasionally provide feedback on social media posts or ads from a car enthusiast's perspective

Required Skills & Experience
• Automotive Knowledge: Strong understanding of car battery systems, familiarity with 12V electrical systems, battery types, and vehicle storage challenges.
• Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and engaging online presence.
• Social Media Tools: Comfortable using Facebook and Instagram messaging/commenting features.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and escalate issues effectively.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience as a mechanic, technician, or automotive enthusiast.
• Familiarity with basic social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours.
