Typical Duties
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails.
Greeting and assisting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception and common office area.
Providing general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and copying.
Candidates for a corporate receptionist role may also be involved in managing meeting room bookings, assisting with travel arrangements, and coordinating office events.
