Job Description

The Site Safety Manager helps ensure a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the development and implementation of safety programs that meet all federal, state, and local regulations. Working closely with field teams and leadership, this role promotes a strong safety culture through training, guidance, and collaboration. The manager also provides oversight of safety activities, supports other safety personnel, and helps maintain consistent safety standards across job sites.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of construction or maintenance experience in safety or operations, preferably with related industries such as mechanical contracting or similar commercial/industrial construction
- 5 + years of Safety management experience
- Minimum OSHA 510

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CHST BCSP Certification or SMP Certififcation
- NFPA 70 E, LOTO
