Job Description

Our Fortune 500 SaaS client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Quality Enginee to join a new team supporting a large CRM integration. The team runs in an Agile methodology.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrations.
Lead quality assurance efforts across multiple Salesforce projects
Develop and maintain automated tests using tools like Selenium, Provar, or Test Automation Frameworks for Salesforce.
Validate APIs, Apex classes/triggers, Lightning components, Flows, and third-party integrations.
Collaborate with developers and administrators to identify root causes of issues and ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automated testing solutions.
Ensure all testing activities comply with company policies and Salesforce platform governance standards.
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide reliable estimates for QA tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Quality Engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce testing.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks for Salesforce. Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with Provar, Copado, Selenium WebDriver, or similar Salesforce test automation tools.
Strong knowledge of data migration and validation techniques within Salesforce.
Exposure to performance and load testing tools.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
