Insight Global is seeking a Lead Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the social media strategy across a digital media and entertainment company in Sunnyvale. This role is not only responsible for shaping the brand’s voice and community engagement, but also for building innovative monetization strategies through social media channels. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling instincts with data-driven decision-making and a strong business mindset, turning social presence into measurable growth and revenue opportunities.
Salary Range: $90,00 - $150,000

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand strategy
- Background within entertainment, gaming, or media industries
- Proven track record of building and scaling social channels that drive measurable revenue or partnership outcomes
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, affiliate marketing, and social commerce
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts and a passion for content innovation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-savvy with the ability to translate metrics into actionable business insight
- Experience leading a global social media function or managing multi-brand social
ecosystems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience running LATAM marketing campaigns
-Familiarity with short-form content and creator economy dynamics
- Previous experience in brand partnerships, community events, or cross-platform campaigns
- People management experience
