Key Responsibilities
• Oversee front desk operations as part of the company’s broader physical security posture.
• Manage and monitor electronic access control and video surveillance systems.
• Ensure visitor and vendor access aligns with established security and safety protocols.
• Partner with Facilities, Security Operations, Events, and People teams to promote workplace safety, emergency readiness, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain incident logs and assist in investigations or follow-ups as needed.
• Support corporate events, physical security audits, onboarding/offboarding processes, and emergency response training.
• Provide hospitality-minded service to employees and guests while prioritizing safety and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in physical security, safety, facilities, or related operational roles.
• Familiarity with access control and video monitoring platforms (e.g., Genetec, Kisi, HID, Verkada, Rhombus).
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and act with discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
