Job Description

Our client is looking to bring on an Angular Developer for two existing State of CA projects. This consultant will primarily be developing in Angular(v18+) and developing from scratch and existing code. They will be apart of a small development team and coworking in conjunction with the State department teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Angular (v18+) including components, modules, services, routing, forms, and RxJS observables.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture, routing, and state management (NgRx or similar)
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience integrating front ends with RESTful APIs and working with JSON-based data structures
• Experience building responsive UIs and frameworks such as Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS
• Experience with .NET (6+) and Entity Framework or similar ORM
• Understanding of relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL)
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization flows (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Version control proficiency with git (GitHub or Azure Repos)
• Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
